Features:
Clutch facing is made of fiber, friction modifier, resin, rubber crumb,
metal particles, fillers, lubricant, abrasive. Clutch facing is classified into
asbestos and non-asbestos. Meanwhile, the production mode is woven,
wound and concentric circles.

It has a medium co-efficiency of friction and high strength and speed.
The clutch facing has been designed conforming to the international
standard available in clutch and vehicle manufacturers on non-speed
and non-pressure sensitivity resistance to fade and wear.

Woven quality asbestos free clutch facing, made of man made fiber yarns,
a cocktail of aromatic and inorganic fiber firmly locked with elastic based
binder. It has been developed conforming to the highest standard
currently laid down by clutch and vehicle manufacturers in terms of
non-speed and non-pressure sensitivity, resistance to fade, wear
and judder. It has a medium co-efficient of friction and is non-aggressive
to mating surface. It has high strength & burst speed coupled
with excellent modulus of elasticity for comfort driving.

Made of asbestos or Non-asbestos material and other high quality
compound; not only saturated in a phenol resin, but have a second
saturated in a silicate, which imparts high heat resistance to the
friction paper; designed with a softer, more resilient base paper;
designed to dissipate oil without the necessity of an oil groove;
increased surface area for increased holding, heat absorption and
for shorter lock-up time decreasing "slippage".

Performance is superior: durable, stable friction performance, good
wear resistance, high burst strength, but less wear against opposing
steel plate; without noise and public harms.
